Dr Hirzallah

Dr Hirzallah is an assistant professor of Neurology and Neurocritical care and a faculty with the center of space medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.

He is board certified in neurology and in neurocritical care with masters degrees in neuroscience and clinical research.

His research interests include the evaluation of novel and non-invasive technologies in the ICU, machine learning for
automating ultrasound measurement, and spaceflight associated neuro-ocular syndrome (SANS).

He is a coinvestigator on multiple NASA, NIH, and TRISH (translational research institute in space health) grants.
