Dr ‘Siraj’ is an international clinician-scientist pursuing a portfolio career in innovative university hospitals throughout the world. Dedicated to outstanding care; he combines active clinical practice as an internist, peri-operative physician, intensivist and anaesthetist with his interests in point-of-care ultrasound (PoCUS), education and research to optimise patient
outcomes.

Experience as a consultant in world-renowned centres including the Oxford University Hospitals; Stoke Mandeville Hospital; and King Abdulaziz Medical City, Riyadh has given him a unique perspective. He motivates his teams to deliver first class care, improving patient experience and safety.

He has over 330 publications including original research papers, review articles and conference papers. Many of these are related to the novel projects for service development, quality improvement and risk management he initiated and championed.
