Tanping Wong, M.D.

Tanping Wong obtained her M.D. degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center.

She went on to complete a residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine in New York University Langone Health.

After a year as chief resident, she worked for many years in Bellevue Hospital, one of the largest public hospitals in New York City that serves an uninsured and immigrant population.

She is currently a hospitalist at Weill Cornell Medicine where she is the program director for the Internal Medicine Point-of-Care Ultrasound Program.

She is passionate about medical education and innovative ways to learn and grown as physicians.
