Dr. Ndebwanimana is Rwandan Emergency and Critical care physician; Head of Department at Kigali University Teaching Hospital. He is the Program Director for Emergency Medicine and Critical care, School of Medicine and Pharmacy at University of Rwanda.
Dr. Ndebwanimana is one of the 17 Rwandan Emergency physicians and co-founder of Rwanda Emergency Care Association (RECA) where he is actively involved in organization’s Emergency development activities as course provider for Acute Care In-Service (ACIS) and Basic Emergency Care (BEC).
Vincent is a trained Emergency Medicine and Critical care from University of Rwanda;he has got ultrasound training from Ultrasound Leadership, and he is a POCUS leading faculty for residents in Rwanda with interest in ultrasound education and emergency Medicine clinical research.
